This policy explains what personal information Gancas Technologies LLC (“Gancas”, “we”) collects through gancas.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We collect only what the site’s forms ask for, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
Who we are
Gancas Technologies LLC is a vendor-neutral system integrator based in Lewis Center, Ohio, serving the Columbus metro. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].
Contact form
When you use the contact form, the details you enter and your message are sent by email to our company mailbox so we can reply. We use them for that correspondence and nothing else.
Job applications (Careers form)
What we collect. The Careers application form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), the position you are interested in, a message, your CV as a PDF or Word file, and your consent to process the application.
Where it goes. Your application, including the CV, is delivered by email to our hiring mailbox. CVs are not archived on the web server: the uploaded file is held only in a temporary, non-public directory while the email is being sent, and it is deleted from the server after delivery. Applications are not stored in the website’s database.
How long we keep it. We keep applications for up to 24 months from the date you apply, so we can consider you for roles that open later, and then delete them. If you want your application deleted sooner, email [email protected] and we will remove it.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, requested page, time of request) for security and troubleshooting. These are routine infrastructure records and are not used to profile visitors.
Third-party services
We do not run advertising or social-media trackers on this site. If you choose to use the WhatsApp chat button, that conversation is processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Fonts and page assets are served as part of the site itself. For cookies, see our Cookie Policy.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
